With the trading deadline in the rearview mirror, the buyout market is heating up. Any player who is cut before Tuesday is eligible to sign with another team and play in the postseason. Some big names have already begun to hit the market, including Joe Johnson and Andre Miller. Miller’s former Timberwolves teammate, Kevin Martin, is soon to join them, according to ESPN.com’s Marc Stein:

Normally a great shooter, Martin is shooting a career-low 37.7 percent from the field this season and his lowest three-point percentage since 2012. Expect contenders to give him a look, especially once Johnson is off the market, but it’s doubtful he has enough left to really move the needle in a meaningful way.
