At the end of the third quarter of Monday night’s contest between the Sixers and the Rockets, James Harden decided to go strong to the basket, undoubtedly looking for the foul as is the norm for the way he chooses to do his basketball business.
But Nerlens Noel was waiting, and he would have none of it, rejecting Harden at the rim with about as much authority as possible.
