Most people could not fathom playing basketball just over a month after undergoing testicular surgery. Manu Ginobili is not most people. He only played 15 minutes in the Spurs’ Saturday night win over the Kings, but he scored 22 points on 8-for-11 shooting in that time and San Antonio remained undefeated at home.
