Jaylen Brown and the Boston Celtics are confident.
Boston came into this season as the team to beat in the East. While Toronto and Milwaukee got off to fast starts, the Celtics have been slower to figure their offense, but now that starting to look more like what we expected. With LeBron James headed West, the Celtics believe their time is now (and for the foreseeable future).
Take Brown for example. Asked by Taylor Rooks of Bleacher report how many rings he’ll have at age 28, in six years, Brown says five or six.

I love the cocky confidence of youth. As a Celtic fan, this is what you want to hear out of your young stars — a belief they can do it. The reality of how hard it is to win a title, let alone multiple titles, will hit them hard enough eventually. Reality will do that. For now, just let the kid think what he wants.
