Jason Kidd calls Stephen Curry “This generation’s Jordan”

Stephen Curry finished the Warriors’ first loss of the season with 28 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists—a relatively pedestrian game for him. That didn’t stop Bucks coach Jason Kidd, who played against Michael Jordan, from lofting some heavy praise at Curry after the game:

Whether Curry is this generation’s Jordan in terms of being the best player is very arguable (that would be LeBron James or Kevin Durant, depending on when the cutoff for “this generation” is). But Kidd is right about one thing: no current player has connected with young fans quite the way Curry has. So in that sense, there’s definitely something to what he’s saying.
