France secured a 95-93 victory over Lithuania on Saturday to earn third place in the FIBA World Cup tournament.
It was a close game throughout, but France got strong performances from Nicolas Batum (27 points) and Boris Diaw (15 points) that proved to be too much.
Jonas Valanciunas finished with 25 points and nine rebounds in the losing effort.
