A 14-year-old Jayson Tatum begging LeBron James to follow him on Twitter is fantastic

LeBron James led the Cavaliers into the Eastern Conference finals. The way he played against the 76ers, Jayson Tatum arguably led the Celtics there.

But LeBron (33, 15th season) and Tatum (20, rookie) are not peers, as this old tweet perfectly illustrates.

A 14-year-old Tatum:

I can’t believe sharing his entire family tree – including Larry Hughes, a former LeBron teammate and Tatum’s godfather – didn’t get Tatum the LeBron follow.

Maybe Tatum will earn it with a strong showing in this series – if LeBron remembers once he ends his annual postseason social-media blackout.
