Kyle O’Quinn stepped up on Wednesday with 13 points on 6-of-9 shooting, eight rebounds (six offensive), two assists and one block in 17 minutes off the bench.
O’Quinn has struggled to separate himself from Marshall Plumlee and rookie Willy Hernangomez, but this performance could give him an edge as the Knicks’ backup center. Joakim Noah is no stranger to DNPs, so if O’Quinn wins the job he’ll at least be on the fantasy radar.
