Gary Harris (right hamstring strain) will not return to Tuesday’s game against Cleveland.
Harris will miss the fourth quarter of Game 5, and his status for Game 6 is now in question. Cole Anthony and Markelle Fultz should see a few extra minutes in his absence.
  • ORL Point Guard #4
Jalen Suggs (left knee strain) is questionable to return to Monday’s game against the Cavaliers.
Suggs injured his knee during the first quarter of Monday’s game and could not put any weight on his left leg while being helped off the court. Should he not return, Cole Anthony and Markelle Fultz will absorb most of the minutes that would usually go to Suggs. Fultz’s ceiling is limited due to Orlando’s desire to manage his playing time because of prior injuries.
  • ORL Small Forward #22
Franz Wagner (right ankle sprain) is available for Friday’s game against Philadelphia.
Wagner is back, returning after a two-game absence. Markelle Fultz started those two games and will return to the bench if Franz is not under significant restrictions. Also, Joe Ingles’ minutes likely decrease with Wagner in the rotation, but he wasn’t a great fantasy asset.
  • ORL Point Guard #20
Markelle Fultz (left knee injury management) is active for Wednesday’s Magic-Bucks matchup.
Fultz tallied 18 points, four rebounds, and a pair of assists in his first start of the month on Tuesday and is poised to suit up again. The Magic guard could run with the first unit again and has scored at least 15 points in three consecutive contests.
  • ORL Small Forward #22
Franz Wagner (right ankle sprain) will remain sidelined for Wednesday’s game against the Bucks.
Wagner will miss a second straight game, with Markelle Fultz starting in his place during the last one. Fultz will play the second leg of their back-to-back, and he should remain in the starting unit. Jonathan Isaac and Joe Ingles will also see a few extra minutes off the bench.
  • ORL Point Guard #20
Markelle Fultz, Jalen Suggs, Gary Harris, Paolo Banchero, and Wendell Carter Jr. will start Tuesday’s game against the Rockets.
The Magic are going with a three-guard lineup to start Tuesday’s game, with Fultz stepping in for the injured Franz Wagner (ankle). While worth a look in deep leagues, Fultz is not a must-stream since his minutes could be restricted.
  • ORL Point Guard #4
Jalen Suggs shot 7-of-13 from the field and 2-of-2 from the foul line in Sunday’s win over Chicago, amassing 19 points, three rebounds, five assists, two steals, one block, and three 3-pointers in 29 minutes.
Suggs’ productivity has increased recently, with the third-year guard providing 7th-round per-game value in 9-cat formats over the past two weeks. The 19 points he put up on Sunday were the most for Suggs since March 21, when he scored 22 in a win over the Pelicans. He may not offer consistent scoring, but Suggs’ defensive ability and percentages have boosted his fantasy value. Markelle Fultz also had a good night against the Bulls, finishing with 17 points, six rebounds, two assists, one block, and one 3-pointer in 23 minutes.
  • ORL Power Forward #1
Jonathan Isaac (right hamstring injury maintenance) and Gary Harris (right plantar fascia injury maintenance) are out Saturday against the Grizzlies, and Markelle Fultz (left knee injury maintenance) is available.
Isaac and Harris’ injuries won’t cause huge waves in the world of fantasy hoops, but additional minutes should be available for the likes of Caleb Houstan and Cole Anthony. Fultz should pick up some additional mintues in his return for this favorable matchup.
  • ORL Point Guard #20
Markelle Fultz (left knee injury maintenance) has been downgraded to out for Friday’s game against the Clippers.
Fultz has been downgraded after initially being listed as questionable. He played 16 minutes as a starter in their last game, but with Gary Harris back, Fultz would likely have returned to the bench. Joe Ingles and Anthony Black will fill out the perimeter bench minutes alongside Cole Anthony.
  • ORL Point Guard #20
Markelle Fultz (left knee injury maintenance) is questionable for Friday’s game against the Clippers.
While Fultz did start Wednesday’s loss to the Warriors, filling in for the injured Gary Harris, he only played 16 minutes. Even if he’s cleared to play against the Clippers, fantasy managers should not expect too much from the former first-overall pick. Also, Harris (foot) is no longer on the injury report, so he should move back into the starting lineup.
