  • CHA Center #4
Nick Richards (right plantar fascia discomfort) and Leaky Black (abdominal strain) are available for Sunday’s game against the Thunder.
Richards is back after missing three games but will come off the bench. This protects Grant Williams’ fantasy value, as he has flourished as a starter. As for Black, he may play a few minutes off the bench but is not in a position to impact fantasy basketball.
  • CHA Center #4
Nick Richards (right plantar fascia discomfort) and Leaky Black (abdominal strain) are questionable to play against the Thunder on Sunday.
Richards has missed the team’s last three games, and there is a chance that he misses a fourth straight. Grant Williams will continue to start at center, where he has provided top-75 value over their last three games. Black’s status will not impact fantasy basketball, since he has only appeared in one game since the All-Star break.
  • CHA Small Forward #12
Leaky Black (abdominal strain) has been ruled out for Friday’s game against the Magic.
Black was added to the injury report late and has since been ruled out. His absence does not impact fantasy basketball.
  • CHA Small Forward #12
Leaky Black (abdominal strain) has been downgraded to questionable for Friday’s game against the Magic.
Absent from the initial injury report, Black is now questionable for Friday’s game. His status will not impact fantasy basketball, as starters Brandon Miller and Miles Bridges are available to play.
  • CHA Small Forward #11
Tre Mann, Cody Martin, Brandon Miller, Miles Bridges, and Nick Richards will start Saturday’s game against the Grizzlies.
Martin, who was probable due to a right knee contusion, is available and will occupy his usual place in the starting lineup. Mann is the lone change, as he’ll start in his Hornets debut. This drops Leaky Black to the bench, but the former North Carolina standout did not offer much fantasy value as a spot starter.
  • CHA Small Forward #12
Before Monday’s game against the Lakers, Hornets coach Steve Clifford said Leaky Black will make his first career start.
With Cody Martin once again sidelined due to injury, Black will make his first career start on Monday. Undrafted out of North Carolina, he’s played rotation minutes recently due to how shorthanded the Hornets are. There isn’t much to be gained from streaming Black, especially on a six-game night. Also starting are Ish Smith, Brandon Miller, Miles, Bridges, and Nick Richards.
  • CHA Small Forward #11
Cody Martin (right knee contusion) and Frank Ntilikina (right hip impingement) have been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Pacers.
Ntilikina will miss a second straight game, which will leave Ish Smith and Nick Smith Jr. as the primary guards off the bench, though neither has provided much value as of late. Martin’s absence will open up a starting spot, which will likely be filled by PJ Washington. Leaky Black, who played 18 minutes in their last game, should take on a few extra minutes as well.
