Kyrylo Fesenko traveled with the Pacers for the first time since he was signed.
Fesenko was inactive for the Wednesday’s game and will likely remain in street clothes unless someone gets injured. He’s an insurance policy and has zero fantasy value.

The Celtics are expected to make a “strong push” for recently waived center Ryan Hollins.
Boston needs size in the worst way and Hollins is a legit seven-footer that the Celtics can plug in right away. We speculated yesterday that he could wind up with the Celtics, and it sounds like the team plans to investigate the possibility of adding him fairly thoroughly. The Celtics have also been linked to free agent Kyrylo Fesenko.

Kyrylo Fesenko made his Pacers debut on Friday, playing seven minutes with two points and three rebounds.
Fesenko started to show some promise in Utah, but knee surgery wiped away his season and we have yet to hear an explanation for the lack of progress in his return. He’ll need a stellar offseason to have any fantasy value next season.

The Bucks’ interest in signing free agent C Kyrylo Fesenko has “waned,” according to the Journal-Times.
In the absence of Andrew Bogut, the Bucks have patched things together with Drew Gooden and Larry Sanders at center. Fesenko wouldn’t be an upgrade.

Pacers will sign C Kyrylo Fesenko for the rest of the season, a source tells SI.com’s Sam Amick.
With Jeff Foster (back) forced into retirement, the Pacers are desperate for help up front. Fesenko is a monstrous 7'1/280, but has been on the street all season. Last year, he averaged 2.0 points and 2.0 rebounds in 53 games for the Jazz.

Roy Hibbert was helped from the floor with an ankle injury during the first half of Monday’s game and his return is questionable.
X-rays were taken and while the results don’t sound like they’re available, Hibbert is on the floor and we’ll be watching him.

Kyrylo Fesenko is not expected to travel with the Pacers for Saturday’s game in Milwaukee.
Fesenko was just signed as a backup center for Indiana, but he’s not assured much playing time. “I don’t anticipate in the short term him taking anybody’s spots in the rotation,” said Frank Vogel. “You can always have injuries late in the season. To have a big body like that to protect yourself is always a value.”

Pacers signed C Kyrylo Fesenko to a contract on Friday.
Fesenko had been linked to several teams over the last month or so, but the Pacers locked him up on Friday, making sure he could be available to them in the playoffs if necessary. With Jeff Foster (back) forced into retirement on Wednesday, the Pacers were in the market for a backup big.

Kyrylo Fesenko is working out some visa issues and won’t make his Pacers debut for about a week.
“He’ll be able to work with us, but he won’t be traveling to road games,” said coach Frank Vogel. “He’ll be working with our strength and conditioning coach getting some shots up.” Fesenko fills the role vacated by Jeff Foster, and Vogel has already said that he won’t replace anyone in the rotation.

Frank Vogel hopes to get Kyrylo Fesenko some minutes before the playoffs.
“It is important to us to get him up to speed with all our plays and defensive schemes and continue to have him work on getting into game shape,” Vogel said. The fact that he’s not yet in game shape tells you all you need to know about Fesenko’s chances of contributing this year.
