The Milwaukee Bucks are signing Justise Winslow to a training camp deal.
Winslow hasn’t seen NBA action since his 2022-23 stint with the Portland Trail Blazers. He posted 6.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 3.4 assists that season. It’s unclear whether Winslow has a real shot at helping out a Buck team that could really use some depth, but it’s unlikely that he’ll be a legitimate fantasy asset.
  • TOR Power Forward #11
The Raptors have signed Justise Winslow to a 10-day contract, per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Winslow spent training camp with Toronto, but he didn’t make the final roster. Now he’ll have a chance to see minutes in their three games before the All-Star break, but it is unlikely that he sees enough of a role to impact fantasy basketball.
  • FA Small Forward #26
The Raptors have waived Justise Winslow, Jeff Dowtin, and Mouhamadou Gueye.
This was the expected outcome for Winslow, who signed an Exhibit 10 contract just before the Raptors’ preseason finale on Friday. He and Gueye are eligible to play for Raptors 905 in the G League, while Dowtin’s G League rights were acquired by the Delaware Blue Coats this summer. If he doesn’t land an NBA contract (two-way or standard), Dowtin’s next stop could be Delaware.
  • TOR Small Forward #26
The Raptors have signed Justise Winslow to an Exhibit 10 contract.
The former lottery pick, who finished last season in Portland, has found a new home. Winslow has joined the Raptors on an Exhibit 10 contract, so it’s likely that his final destination will be the franchise’s G League affiliate. His 2022-23 season officially came to an end in late March when he underwent ankle surgery, but Winslow had been sidelined since just before Christmas. His addition will not impact fantasy basketball.

Justise Winslow underwent successful left ankle surgery on Wednesday in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Winslow, who was reportedly progressing in his recovery as of late February, was never able to get back onto the court. Less than two weeks after undergoing a bone marrow aspirate concentrate procedure on the injured ankle, Winslow underwent surgery. The Blazers expect him to be at full strength when the 2023-24 season begins.

Justise Winslow (sprained left ankle) underwent a bone marrow aspirate concentrate procedure on his ankle this month and will be re-evaluated in the “coming weeks.”
In late February, it was reported that Winslow was progressing in his recovery, but a second opinion led to his receiving the bone marrow aspirate concentrate procedure. With the Blazers simply saying that he’ll be re-evaluated in the “coming weeks,” it’s likely we won’t see him on the court again this season. And even if Winslow does play, it’s unlikely to impact fantasy basketball.

According to Trail Blazers coach Chauncey Billups, Justise Winslow (left ankle sprain) continues progressing in his recovery.
The good news is that Winslow, who injured his ankle in late December, is doing more on-court work. The bad news is that he still hasn’t been cleared for full contact. Winslow is without a timeline for return, so fantasy managers should consider him out indefinitely.

Justise Winslow (left ankle sprain) has responded well to treatment but will be sidelined for at least two more weeks.
Winslow has been out since December 22, when he suffered the sprained ankle during a game against the Thunder. The team’s recent re-evaluation showed that Winslow is progressing in his recovery, with the symptoms experienced and the function of his ankle improving.

Justise Winslow (left ankle sprain) will be re-evaluated in two weeks, the team announced on Monday.
Winslow sprained his left ankle in Wednesday’s loss to the Thunder and missed Friday’s matchup with Denver before being ruled out Monday. Jerami Grant and Josh Hart played big minutes against the Nuggets, so that should continue until Winslow is back. Shaedon Sharpe and Keon Johnson should also played increased roles, but they aren’t must-add’s in standard leagues.

Justise Winslow (left ankle sprain) will not play in Monday’s game against the Hornets.
Winslow will miss a second consecutive game with the sprained ankle, which he suffered during a December 21 loss to the Thunder. Shaedon Sharpe and Keon Johnson are of greater importance within the Blazers’ rotation, but neither is worth streaming. Starters Jerami Grant and Josh Hart played 37 minutes in Friday’s loss to the Nuggets, and they’re in for a similar workload.
