Jock Landale (knee) will remain sidelined for Game 7 against the Warriors on Sunday.
Aside from a five minute stint in Game 5 during Houston’s blowout win, Landale has not seen the floor this series. He missed Game 6 and will remain sidelined once again, though it won’t impact the Rockets’ rotation.
  • HOU Center #2
Jock Landale (knee) is out for Game 6 on Friday against the Warriors.
Landale has only seen action in one game this series, playing five minutes in the Rockets’ blowout victory in Game 5. The knee contusion sidelined him for the first three games, and Landale did not play in Game 4 despite being cleared. His return to the sidelines will not impact the Rockets’ rotation as they look to extend the series to a decisive Game 7.
  • HOU Center #12
Steven Adams (illness) is available to play against the Warriors in Game 4 on Monday.
Adams has been cleared to play shortly after being made a late addition to the injury report. He’ll continue to fill out the backup center minutes, which means there won’t be any extra time for Jock Landale.
  • HOU Center #12
Steven Adams (illness) has been added to the injury report as questionable to play against the Warriors in Game 4 on Monday.
Adams is a late addition to the injury report and may end up missing Monday’s game. Jock Landale has been cleared to play and will fill out the backup center minutes behind Alperen Sengun if Adams is out.
  • HOU Center #2
Jock Landale (knee) is probable for Game 4 on Monday against the Warriors.
Landale is on track to be available after missing the first three games with a right knee contusion. However, while he can provide depth, the Rockets may stick with Steven Adams as Alperen Sengun’s primary backup. Don’t expect too much from Landale if he’s able to play.
  • HOU Small Forward #8
Jae’Sean Tate (ankle) and Jock Landale (knee) will remain sidelined for Game 3 against the Warriors on Saturday.
Both reserves will miss another game of this series, but neither would likely have been part of the rotation in the postseason. Their continued absences will not have an impact on this series.
  • HOU Center #2
Jock Landale (knee) is out for Wednesday’s Game 2 against the Warriors.
Landale’s continued absence leaves the Rockets down an option in the post. However, with Steven Adams being Alperen Sengun’s primary backup, Houston should be fine regarding their depth.
  • HOU Center #2
Jock Landale (knee) is out for Game 1 against the Warriors on Sunday.
With Landale unavailable with a knee injury, the Rockets’ depth at center takes a hit. Steven Adams will serve as Alperen Sengun’s primary backup for Game 1 against the Warriors. We’ll see if Landale can make it back before the end of the series.
  • HOU Center #28
Alperen Sengun (personal) and Amen Thompson (rest) are not on the injury report for Sunday’s game against the Nuggets.
Based on the Rockets’ initial injury report for Sunday’s regular-season finale, Sengun and Thompson will be available. However, Houston has already secured the two-seed in the West, so the starters’ playing time may be limited. Jeff Green, Cam Whitmore and Jock Landale started Friday’s loss to the Lakers, and the latter two are safe bets to log rotation minutes off the bench on Sunday.
  • HOU Center #28
Alperen Sengun (personal) and Fred VanVleet (ankle) are questionable for Friday’s game against the Lakers.
Sengun and VanVleet sat out Wednesday’s loss to the Clippers, with the former not playing due to a sore back. He’s now questionable for personal reasons. The Rockets started Reed Sheppard at point guard and Jock Landale at the five on Wednesday. They may do the same if VanVleet and Sengun cannot play against the Lakers.
