Jalen Wilson accounted for 11 points (4-of-13 FGs), two rebounds, three assists, and three 3-pointers in 38 minutes in Friday’s loss to the Spurs.
Wilson started Friday’s game for the injured Cameron Johnson, and the Nets certainly missed the latter’s scoring ability. Wilson shot 3-of-6 from beyond the arc but was 1-of-7 from two. He’s worth streaming whenever allowed to start, but fantasy managers should not expect too much production-wise.

The Nets will start Shake Milton, Keon Johnson, Jalen Wilson, Dorian Finney-Smith and Nicolas Claxton against San Antonio on Friday.
Milton and Wilson will replace Ben Simmons and Cam Johnson in the starting lineup, with the latter two sidelined for this game. DFS will also return to the starting lineup after missing their last three games, which will send Noah Clowney back to the bench.
  • BKN Small Forward #2
Cameron Johnson (right hip contusion) is out for Friday’s game against San Antonio.
Add Johnson to the list of Nets players who will not be available for Friday’s game, joining Cam Thomas and Ben Simmons to name two starters. Jalen Wilson and Tyrese Martin will play more minutes, with the former likely moving into the starting lineup.
  • BKN Small Forward #2
Cameron Johnson (right hip contusion) is listed as questionable for Friday’s Nets-Spurs matchup.
Johnson erupted for 29 points in a win against the Bucks on Thursday but isn’t feeling his best ahead of the second leg of a back-to-back. Jalen Wilson will likely start or play a prominent role off the bench if Johnson is ruled out.
  • BKN Small Forward #28
Dorian Finney-Smith will miss Monday’s matchup with the Heat due to a left calf contusion.
DFS sat out Saturday, and Noah Clowney got the start. Clowney wasn’t too productive with his increased role, and with 28 teams in action on Monday, you’re likely not streaming him. Jalen Wilson could also see more playing time in Finney-Smith’s absence.
  • BKN Small Forward #28
Dorian Finney-Smith (left calf contusion) is questionable to play against Miami on Monday.
DFS missed their last game, which allowed Noah Clowney to slide into the starting unit. If Finney-Smith remains sidelined, Clowney should get another start, though he wasn’t very productive in Saturday’s loss. Jalen Wilson would also see a few extra minutes off the bench.
  • BKN Small Forward #28
Dorian Finney-Smith (left calf contusion) is out for Saturday’s game against the Jazz.
Finney-Smith popped up on the injury report Saturday afternoon and ultimately will miss the game after a questionable designation. Jalen Wilson figures to take his place in the starting lineup Saturday against the Jazz.
  • BKN Small Forward #28
Dorian Finney-Smith (left calf contusion) has been added to the injury report as questionable for Saturday’s matchup with the Jazz.
DFS wasn’t initially on the injury report, but there is now a chance that he is sidelined for this game. Jalen Wilson should make a return to the starting unit if Finney-Smith is forced to sit out.
  • BKN Small Forward #22
Jalen Wilson accounted for 13 points (4-of-11 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), one rebound, two assists, two steals, and four 3-pointers in 29 minutes in Monday’s loss to Cleveland.
Wilson has reached double figures in three of his last four games, providing 11th-round value in 9-cat formats over the past week. He isn’t someone who fantasy managers should feel obligated to add immediately. But, games against Toronto (Thursday) and Utah (Saturday) to end Week 8 make him worth a look, even with those being the busiest days of the week.
  • BKN Small Forward #22
Jalen Wilson played 29 minutes in Friday’s loss to the Grizzlies, accumulating 15 points (5-of-13 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), two rebounds, four assists, two steals, and three 3-pointers.
Brooklyn’s stat line featured balanced scoring, with eight players scoring between 12 and 19 points. Wilson was included in that group, with the 15 points being the most in a game since November 25 (18 vs. Golden State). While the minutes have been there for Wilson, the production hasn’t been good enough for him to merit being rostered in most fantasy leagues.
