  • MEM Power Forward #14
The Grizzlies have signed Jack White to a 10-day contract and Zavier Simpson to a second 10-day contract, the team announced on Tuesday.
White spent time with Denver during the 2022-23 season, and he inked a contract with the Thunder in July. However, he was waived before the regular season began. The Grizzlies have mostly been rolling out players on two-ways and 10-days, so White should step right into big minutes. Simpson has played at least 30 minutes in their last two games and should play a large role for the rest of the season. He had 14 points, four rebounds, four assists, two steals, two blocks and three triples in their last game. Neither player will be a reliable option, but they should play big minutes, which will lead to some upside.

The Thunder announced Sunday that they have waived Jack White.
While the Thunder did sign White to a two-year deal in July, it was only partially guaranteed for the 2023-24 season. This transaction gets Oklahoma City to the league maximum of 15 contracts for the regular season. White averaged 11 minutes per game during the preseason, so he was unlikely to crack the rotation once the results mattered.

Jack White has signed a two-year contract with the Thunder, per The Athletic’s Shams Charania.
White was on a two-way deal with the Nuggets last season, but he’ll get a full contract with the Thunder. However, it likely won’t lead to him being relevant in fantasy basketball.

Jack White (health and safety protocols) is probable for Friday’s game against the Suns.
White, who last appeared in a game on March 8, hasn’t been in the rotation when healthy. His potential return from a stint in the league’s health and safety protocols will not impact fantasy basketball.

White isn’t in the rotation when healthy, so his availability will not impact fantasy basketball. Leave him on the waiver wire.

Jack White (strained left adductor) is available for Sunday’s game against the Timberwolves.
Even with the Nuggets being down four starters, White is unlikely to get the opportunities needed to be worth streaming in fantasy leagues. Leave him on the waiver wire.

Jack White will not be available for Thursday’s game against the Warriors due to a strained left adductor.
White’s absence won’t impact the Nuggets’ rotation or fantasy basketball, as he doesn’t see much action (if any) when healthy.
