Isaiah Stewart was suspended seven games for his role in the bench-clearing brawl against the Hornets on Monday.
Stewart, who was levied with the longest suspension stemming from the altercation between the Pistons and Hornets, was suspended for leaving the bench area, aggressively entering an on-court altercation and fighting, according to a release from the NBA. The 24-year-old power forward’s repeated history of unsportsmanlike acts was also a factor in the length of his suspension. He’ll begin serving his suspension Wednesday against the Raptors. With Jalen Duren also suspended, Paul Reed will move into the starting lineup and is a must-stream option against Toronto.

Jalen Duren and Isaiah Stewart have been ejected from Monday’s game against the Hornets.
Expect some suspensions to be handed out. The brawl started with Duren and Moussa Diabate getting tangled up, and every time it seemed like cooler heads would prevail, things escalated again. Diabate and Miles Bridges were also ejected. This leaves Detroit shorthanded down low. With Tolu Smith in the G League, Paul Reed should fill the center minutes for the remainder of this game.

Jalen Duren (knee) is available to play against the Hornets on Monday.
Duren will be back after a one-game absence, which isn’t surprising since he was initially listed as probable. Isaiah Stewart moved into the starting lineup in his place but will return to playing a reserve role with Duren back.

Cade Cunningham, Ausar Thompson, Duncan Robinson, Tobias Harris and Isaiah Stewart will start Friday’s game against the Knicks.
Harris is back in the lineup after missing Thursday’s loss to the Wizards with a hip injury. However, the Pistons don’t have Jalen Duren, so Stewart shifts into the starting center role. Also, Robinson is good to go after being listed as questionable with a left quad contusion.

Jalen Duren (knee) is out for Friday’s game against the Knicks.
Duren won’t play after leaving Thursday’s loss to the Wizards during the second quarter and not returning. With Tobias Harris (hip) available, the Pistons can slide Isaiah Stewart into the starting center spot for Friday’s showdown.

Jalen Duren (knee) is questionable for Friday’s matchup with the Knicks.
Duren left Thursday’s loss to the Wizards early due to right knee soreness, and he’s in danger of sitting out the second leg of the Pistons’ back-to-back set. If Duren is out, Isaiah Stewart could remain in the starting five after starting in place Tobias Harris on Thursday. Harris (hip) is expected to take the court, and he and Stewart could hold things down in the frontcourt.

Tobias Harris (hip) is out for Thursday’s game against the Wizards.
Harris’ sore left hip will keep him out of Thursday’s game, with a home matchup against the Knicks looming on Friday. Isaiah Stewart will move into the starting lineup, joining Cade Cunningham, Duncan Robinson, Ausar Thompson and Jalen Duren.

Isaiah Stewart provided a boost off the bench with 16 points (7-of-9 FGs), four rebounds and two assists against the Rockets on Friday.
Stewart had a quiet stretch entering this game, but he was able to get things going on offense in the loss. Typically, Stewart’s impact is on the glass and as a shot blocker, but he wasn’t able to do much of either in this game. Still, a productive scoring night is encouraging since he should typically collect more boards and blocks than he did in this game. However, he hasn’t been able to make a consistent impact for fantasy managers as a reserve.

Tobias Harris (unspecified) finished Saturday’s win over the Pacers with seven points (3-of-5 FGs), five rebounds, four assists, one steal and one three-pointer.
Harris returned to the locker room during the third quarter for an unspecified reason and did not play again. The Pistons did not announce any injury, and Saturday’s blowout made it unlikely that Harris would have played in the fourth quarter if there wasn’t an issue. The Pistons open a four-game Week 14 on Monday against the Celtics, and Isaiah Stewart (7/7/5/1/1 with one three-pointer) would likely be the next man up if Harris can’t play.

Jalen Duren (ankle) accumulated 16 points (8-of-13 FGs, 0-of-1 FTs), 18 rebounds, two assists and two blocks in Thursday’s win over the Suns.
Despite Thursday’s game being his first since December 30, Duren looked incredibly sharp. In recording his 19th double-double of the season, the Pistons’ center’s rebound tally was the most in a game for him since November 5 (22 vs. Utah). And Duren’s two blocks were one more than what he totaled in his previous four appearances. Isaiah Stewart was limited to 22 minutes off the bench, finishing with four points, four rebounds and two blocked shots, and his fantasy value takes a hit when the Pistons are whole.
