Duop Reath provided a boost off the bench with 16 points (6-of-10 FGs), two rebounds, three assists and two triples against the Cavaliers on Wednesday.
Reath has quietly contributed decent value for Portland over the past few days. He made his NBA debut on Sunday, where he scored 11 points in 14 minutes and hit three triples. He was held scoreless across 10 minutes on Tuesday, but he was able to bounce back with this performance against Cleveland on the second night of a back-to-back. Reath isn’t worth adding in standard leagues, though in deep formats he’s worth consideration.

According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the Trail Blazers are signing Duop Reath to a one-year deal.
Reath, who played for the Trail Blazers Summer League, started for Australia during the recently completed FIBA World Cup. In five appearances, he averaged 8.6 points, 2.4 rebounds, 0.8 steals, and 1.4 blocks in 14.6 minutes. Reath, who spent last season with Al Riyadi in Lebanon, shot 17-of-21 from the field for the Australians. His signing is unlikely to significantly impact fantasy basketball this season.
