Dowell

Nelson, a Bay Area native, was named the ACC Defensive Player of the Year in his senior year at Duke. The Warriors now have 18 players entering training camp, so obviously Nelson, Dowell and Kurz are longshots to make the regular season roster.

As a senior with the University of Houston, Dowell averaged 10.9 points and 6.8 rebounds, shooting 43% from the field and 41% from three-point range. Even if he makes the opening day roster, he won’t have any fantasy value.
