Delon Wright provided a boost off the bench with nine points (3-of-6 FGs), four rebounds, five assists, two steals and two 3-pointers against Chicago on Monday.
Wright hasn’t been a factor in fantasy basketball at all this season, but he has been part of the rotation recently with Damian Lillard (calf) sidelined. This was one of his best games of the season, which coincided with Ryan Rollins struggling in the starting role. If Lillard remains out on Thursday, Wright may play a sizeable role off the bench again, but he shouldn’t be considered a safe streaming option. Still, he can be a solid source of assists and steals, as he proved in this game.

Damian Lillard (right calf strain) will remain sidelined against the Wizards on Saturday.
Lillard missed Friday’s game as well, which allowed AJ Green to start in his place. However, he only logged 17 minutes in the blowout loss. Green could start again, but Delon Wright and Ryan Rollins will also be candidates to get the nod.

AJ Green shot 0-of-4 from the field in Friday’s loss to Cleveland, going scoreless with one rebound, four assists, one steal, and one blocked shot in 17 minutes.
With Damian Lillard (calf) out, Bucks coach Doc Rivers started Green instead of another point guard (Delon Wright). That approach backfired spectacularly, with Green struggling in 17 minutes on the court. Wright (two points, two rebounds, two assists, and two steals in 17 minutes) started the third quarter, but the damage was done by then. Saturday’s matchup with the Wizards should be better for Milwaukee, whether Lillard plays or not.

Damian Lillard (right calf strain) has been ruled out for Friday’s matchup with Cleveland.
Dame will miss a game for the first time in about a month. The last time he was sidelined, Delon Wright got the start at point guard. If that happens again, Wright should be a solid source of assists and steals. This is the first night of a back-to-back, so Lillard could be back against Washington on Friday.

Damian Lillard (concussion protocol) is probable for Monday’s game against the Rockets.
Lillard appears poised to return after missing three games in the league’s concussion protocol. His return would drop Delon Wright out of the lineup, eliminating what little streaming value the veteran backup had.
  • MIL Point Guard #0
Damian Lillard (concussion protocol) is out, and Bobby Portis (right elbow contusion) is doubtful for Saturday’s matchup with the Hornets.
Ryan Rollins (shoulder) joins Lillard and Portis on the injury report, and the Bucks will be sorely shorthanded against Charlotte. AJ Green and Delon Wright should continue to hold things down in Milwaukee’s backcourt, and Taurean Prince and Pat Connaughton could see more playing time with Portis presumably sidelined.

Damian Lillard has been ruled out of Wednesday’s matchup with the Pistons while in the NBA’s concussion protocol.
Lillard will sit out a second straight game, which opens the door for Delon Wright or Ryan Rollins to start in his place. Whoever joins the first unit offers streaming value for Wednesday’s busy slate.
  • MIL Shooting Guard #13
Ryan Rollins (left shoulder instability) will not return to Tuesday’s game against the Raptors.
Starting for the injured Damian Lillard (concussion), Rollins played well before being forced to leave Tuesday’s game. In 22 minutes, he tallied 12 points, five rebounds, three assists, five steals, and four 3-pointers, shooting 4-of-12 from the field. With the Bucks facing the Pistons on Wednesday, they could be without Lillard and Rollins. If so, Delon Wright would be the next man up. However, Rollins expressed optimism after the game that he will be able to play.

Damian Lillard has entered the league’s concussion protocol and won’t play against Toronto on Tuesday.
Dame will miss at least Tuesday’s game, which means that the Bucks will have a different starting point guard. Delon Wright should return to the rotation, but it’s unclear if he’ll start, or if they’ll roll with Ryan Rollins. Whoever starts in place of Dame should be worth streaming.

Patrick Beverley plans to sign with Hapoel Tel Aviv BC in Israel next season.
Beverley announced his intentions through his podcast’s social media after spending the last 12 seasons in the NBA. He could return in the future, but he’s past his days of fantasy relevance. Milwaukee already signed Delon Wright to replace Beverley as the team’s backup point guard.
