Coach Terry Porter won’t reveal until tonight’s tip-off whether his starting center will be Dan Gadzuric or Zaza Pachulia.
That’s a lot of Z’s, as in snoring. Porter plans to start the player he feels can help the team to a fast start, but the job will be shared between Gadzuric, Pachulia, and Daniel Santiago, rendering all of them unworthy fantasy picks unless one really steps forward.

Dan Gadzuric’s season-high-tying 13 rebounds last night helped the Bucks to a 48-34 advantage over the Pacers on the boards.
“I’m trying to stick to my role and try to concentrate on rebounding,” Gadzuric said. If he got more than 21 minutes a game, Gadzuric might become a valuable commodity; he ranks 8th in rebounding-per-48-minutes, and 10th in blocks-per-48-minutes.
  • MIL Center #12
Dan Gadzuric, who played only six minutes before suffering stomach pain, was taken to a local hospital where a series of precautionary tests all turned out negative.
Gadzuric rejoined the team for its post-game flight to San Antonio. “He had some stomach pain and felt light-headed,” GM Larry Harris said. “You take precautions in any situation like that.”
  • MIL Center #12
Coach Terry Porter said Dan Gadzuric’s back will be re-evaluated today.
Gadzuric is day-to-day after leaving last night’s game with a strained uppper back in the first quarter.
  • MIL Center #12
Dan Gadzuric had to leave the game late in the first half to receive four stitches to close a cut over his left eye.
He returned to play 5 minutes in the second half and probably won’t miss any time.
  • MIL Center #12
An MRI did not reveal any torn ligaments in Dan Gadzuric’s knee, and the injury was termed a right patellar tendon strain.
Gadzuric is expected to miss Friday and Saturday’s games, and be re-evaluated next week.
  • MIL Center #12
Dan Gadzuric’s knee injury is not considered serious enough to land him on the IL.
Gadzuric has missed two games with the injury, but could return sometime this week.
  • MIL Center #12
Bucks sign center Dan Gadzuric to multi-year deal.
It’s reportedly for six years and $36 million, which is a lot of cash to spend on your backup center. He could see a lot of action this year though, if Andrew Bogut struggles.
  • MIL Center #12
Dan Gadzuric will sign in the D-League.
Gadzuric worked out for the Sixers back in January and is looking for a path to return to the NBA.
  • MIL Center #12
Dan Gadzuric is expected to see some playing time on Wednesday against the Clippers.
Gadzuric is not on the fantasy radar whatsoever, but it will be interesting to see what he’s capable of doing now that he’s back in the league.
