Cam Reddish (low back soreness) is questionable for Tuesday’s game against the Mavericks.
While Reddish did play in Sunday’s loss to the Rockets, he was limited to four minutes, and his lower back has been an issue recently. His availability does not significantly impact fantasy basketball, but Reddish sitting would leave the Lakers without one of their better wing defenders. Dorian Finney-Smith will likely absorb the minutes that would have gone to Reddish if he can’t play.
  • LAL Small Forward #5
Cam Reddish (back spasms) is available to return to Saturday’s game against the Kings.
Reddish played five minutes in the third quarter after back spasms sent him to the locker room during the second, and he was part of the Lakers’ lineup to begin the fourth. After Saturday, the Lakers don’t play again until Tuesday night against the Cavaliers.
  • LAL Small Forward #5
Cam Reddish (back spasms) is questionable to return to Saturday’s game against the Kings.
Reddish played 11 minutes off the bench before the back spasms forced him to the bench. The Lakers wing was not with his teammates to begin the third quarter. With LeBron James (illness) out and Gabe Vincent (oblique) also questionable to return, JJ Redick may have to lean more on his starters to pull out a win on Saturday.
  • LAL Small Forward #23
LeBron James (illness) and Rui Hachimura (illness) are questionable for Saturday’s game against the Kings.
James and Hachimura logged heavy minutes in Wednesday’s win over the Warriors, especially after Anthony Davis exited with a sprained ankle. Dalton Knecht and Cam Reddish would pick up more minutes if either James or Hachimura cannot play on Saturday.
  • LAL Point Guard #1
D’Angelo Russell (illness) and Cam Reddish (illness) have been upgraded to available for Monday’s game against Minnesota.
Both guards will be available after missing the Lakers’ previous game on Sunday. With Russell back, Gabe Vincent will likely be pushed back to the bench, though all three will likely play significant roles with Austin Reaves sidelined once again.
  • LAL Point Guard #1
D’Angelo Russell (illness) and Cam Reddish (illness) are out for Sunday’s game against the Jazz.
The Lakers will be down three rotation guards on Sunday, with Russell, Reddish, and Austin Reaves all sidelined. The absences will mean more minutes for Gabe Vincent and Max Christie; neither qualifies as a reliable streaming option. Then again, the Lakers are shorthanded to the point where Vincent could emerge on Sunday.
  • LAL Small Forward #5
Cam Reddish (illness) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday’s Lakers-Jazz matchup.
Reddish has been part of the rotation lately but hasn’t scored in three consecutive contests. Fantasy managers shouldn’t put too much stock in his potential absence on Sunday, as he hasn’t been a productive player.
  • LAL Shooting Guard #4
Dalton Knecht (right quad contusion) is probable for Friday’s game against Oklahoma City.
The probable tag suggests Knecht will be cleared to play on Friday. If not, Cam Reddish may move back into the starting lineup, but there’s nothing to gain from rostering him in most fantasy leagues.
  • LAL Power Forward #3
Anthony Davis (left foot plantar fasciitis), Dalton Knecht (right quad contusion), and Cam Reddish (left ankle soreness) are available for Wednesday’s game against the Spurs.
Davis, Knecht, and Reddish were probable for Wednesday’s game, so the status upgrades were expected. While Davis is one of the top players in fantasy basketball, Knecht is a deep-league option with standard league value when allowed to start. As for Reddish, his importance to the Lakers outweighs his fantasy value.
  • LAL Small Forward #5
Cam Reddish (left ankle soreness) said he’ll play in Wednesday’s game against the Spurs.
Reddish played against the Suns on Tuesday, but wound up on the injury report with an ankle injury. He doesn’t have much fantasy value, but his defense keeps him in the lineup. His healthy is key for the Lakers, who would otherwise have to rely on D’Angelo Russell as a starter again.
