The Nuggets and Jazz are both trying to increase their offers to Brad Miller by working out sign-and-trades with the Pacers.
The Pacers want to keep Miller, but if they figure it’s not going to happen, they could be open to a sign-and-trade. The Nuggets reportedly would give them their $7 million trade exception and a second-round pick.

Free-agent center Brad Miller will visit with the Nuggets on Friday and Saturday.
If the Nuggets want Brad Miller, they may have to give him a bigger deal than they offered Andre Miller ($51 million over six years). The Nuggets still have slightly more than $10 million of cap room to work with, so they can make him a very nice offer.

The Nuggets have offered Brad Miller $49 million over six years.
Utah’s proposal is believed to be worth $55 million over six years, but Miller could pick Denver if he decides not to re-sign with Indiana. ''Guys in the NBA do make a lot of dollars. It takes a special guy to take a little less to play in a place where he wants to play,’' Nuggets GM Kiki Vandeweghe said. ''Andre Miller is one of those guys, and I believe Brad is one of those guys, too.’'
