Anthony Morrow said he has interest in joining the Rockets.
“Absolutely,” Morrow said. “Mike [D’Antoni] knows I love him, tell him to give me a call.” The Rockets could use another 3-point shooter, and Morrow fits the bill as a career 41.7% shooter from beyond the arc. Plus, the Rockets could be without James Harden (hamstring) for a bit, as an MRI revealed a Grade 1 strain. It’s unclear if the interest is mutual, but this wouldn’t have a lot of fantasy implications anyways.

Gerald Wallace is expected to make his Nets debut on Saturday against the Hornets.
Unless we hear that Wallace is going to be held back or eased in, there is no reason for owners to hold back on using him. Considering how bad things were in Portland, the move to Jersey looks like a net positive for Crash on the surface. Jordan Farmar and Anthony Morrow will struggle a bit more for minutes, assuming Deron Williams (calf) plays, of course.

Anthony Morrow scored just six points on 3-of-10 shooting with one rebound in 20 minutes on Monday.
Morrow has been running hot and cold seemingly forever, and should only be relied upon if you’re hunting 3-point shooting.
  • GSW Shooting Guard #24
Anthony Morrow (shoulder), who has missed his last two games, is probable to play on Friday.
Morrow should be back in the lineup after a brief absence, but he has done nothing to inspire any confidence in using him in standard-sized leagues. His playing time has declined in March and he simply doesn’t do enough across the stat sheet during his limited minutes.
  • NBA Small Forward #14
Gerald Green was sharp again off the bench for the Nets, scoring 14 points on 6-of-10 shooting. He knocked down two 3-pointers, and picked up three steals and a block.
Green has been a great pick-up for New Jersey. He’s averaging 11 ppg on the year but has 20 and 14 in his last two. No coincidence, Anthony Morrow has missed both contests with a shoulder injury, giving Green additional run. However, Green was playing well with a healthy Morrow earlier this month so the impending return shouldn’t hurt Green’s value too much.
  • GSW Shooting Guard #24
Anthony Morrow scored 17 points off the bench on Friday, hitting 8-of-11 shots (including a three) with zero rebounds, one assist, and one steal in 20 minutes.
Morrow is hitting 1.8 threes per game over his last six contests, and that’s his only real value to owners heading into the Nets three-game week. He has been inconsistent all season, but has picked it up as of late.
  • GSW Shooting Guard #24
Anthony Morrow hit 3-of-7 shots (including two threes) for 11 points with one rebound, one assist, one steal, and one block in 21 minutes off the bench on Friday.
Morrow has been inconsistent but he has been hitting threes lately with five in two games, and that’s probably good enough to justify holding him for that purpose.
  • GSW Shooting Guard #24
Anthony Morrow scored 17 points on 8-of-11 shooting (including one three) with just one assist to the rest of his stat line on Monday.
Morrow is hitting just under a three per game at a 25 percent clip in his last five contests, and that’s not cutting it for owners. Chances are he’ll get things straightened out, and owners will want to hop on board when that happens.
  • GSW Shooting Guard #24
Anthony Morrow, who blew up for 24 points and six 3-pointers on Saturday, hit 4-of-11 shots and missed all five of his attempts from beyond the arc for eight points on Tuesday.
He’s hit or miss, and Gerald Green is a much better option for the Nets these days.
  • PHI Small Forward #45
In addition to being ruled out for Friday, Gerald Wallace (hamstring) is also being called questionable for Saturday against the Celtics.
DeShawn Stevenson will continue to get starts in Crash’s place, but Gerald Green and Anthony Morrow are the better fantasy plays.
