Anfernee Simons shot 10-of-23 from the field and 1-of-1 from the foul line in Saturday’s 119-98 loss to Miami, scoring 28 points with four rebounds, three assists, and seven 3-pointers in 33 minutes.
Simons has scored 22 points or more in seven of his last eight games, and the increased scoring production has boosted his fantasy value. Averaging 25.6 points, 3.3 rebounds, 5.4 assists, 0.6 steals, and 5.0 3-pointers, the Blazers guard has been a top-25 player in 9-cat formats over the past two weeks. Simons’ season-long value is just outside the top 100, but that should change soon if he continues on his current path. Portland plays four games during Week 12, beginning with the Nets on Tuesday.

Anfernee Simons tallied 22 points (9-of-22 FGs), one rebound, four assists, one steal, and four 3-pointers in 37 minutes in Thursday’s loss to Dallas.
Since being limited to eight points in a December 26 win over Utah, Simons has scored 22 points or more in six of seven games. During that stretch, he has provided top-25 per-game value in 9-cat formats. Due to the recent improvement in production, Simons is closing in on top-100 value for the season. He’ll look to continue his run on Saturday when Portland hosts Miami.

Anfernee Simons had 36 points (14-of-21 FGs), two rebounds, nine assists and eight 3-pointers against the Pistons on Monday.
Simons appears to be over his slow start to the season. The 25-year-old shooting guard has been a top-75 player in fantasy over the last month. He led the way for the Blazers with a game-high 36 points on 21 shots. Simons knocked down 8-of-12 attempts from behind the 3-point line. In addition to his scoring, he also had nine assists. It was an impressive performance from the Portland guard.

Anfernee Simons accounted for 28 points (9-of-20 FGs, 5-of-5 FTs), three rebounds, eight assists, and five 3-pointers in 41 minutes in Saturday’s 105-102 win over Milwaukee.
After getting off to a slow start to begin the season, Simons has ratcheted up the production over the past month. A top-75 player in 9-cat formats during this period, he’s averaged 20.0 points, 2.9 rebounds, 5.8 assists, 1.1 steals, and 3.0 3-pointers per game, shooting 43.7% from the field and 94.1% from the foul line. Simons led the way offensively on Saturday for Portland, which has won three of its last five games. The Blazers play four games in Week 11, beginning with Detroit on Monday.

Anfernee Simons finished Thursday’s 114-106 loss to the Lakers with 23 points (8-of-17 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), three rebounds, five assists, two steals, and four 3-pointers in 37 minutes.
Simons has scored 22 points or more in three straight games, and his improved scoring has made him close to a top-50 player over the past week. While his season-long value in 9-cat formats remains disappointing, Simons is closing in on top-100 value in 8-cat formats. The possibility of a shutdown later in the season remains a concern, so the last week may provide an opportunity for some Simons managers to “sell high.”

Anfernee Simons led Portland with 25 points (9-of-18 FGs), four rebounds, four assists and four 3-pointers in a 125-103 loss to Philadelphia on Monday.
Simons’ production has been inconsistent this season, but he was able to score at least 20 points for a second straight game and lead the team in scoring in this one. Prior to this two-game stretch, Simons scored a total of 36 points across three games, including an 8-point outing last Thursday. Simons’ production has taken a hit across the board this season, which has resulted in him being ranked outside the top-100 in 9-cat leagues. More performances like this will help, and he’ll look to keep it up in Los Angeles against the Lakers on Thursday.

Anfernee Simons accumulated 18 points (7-of-22 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs), four rebounds, six assists, five steals, and three 3-pointers in 33 minutes in Saturday’s loss to San Antonio.
While he didn’t shoot the ball well against the Spurs, Simons has been a top-25 player in 9-cat formats over the past two weeks. The improved production has boosted his season-long value, but only slightly. Simons remains ranked well outside the top 100 in season-long value, and there’s always the concern of a shutdown later in the season. Portland plays three games in Week 9, beginning with the Mavericks on Monday.

Anfernee Simons recorded a double-double on Thursday with 28 points (11-of-20 FGs), one rebound, 10 assists and four 3-pointers in a 126-124 win over the Nuggets.
Simons had a fantastic night and capped it with a right-handed hook layup at the buzzer to help Portland end their six-game losing streak. Simons had his first double-double of the season, and he set a new season-high for assists. His numbers have taken a hit this season, so it was great to see him play to this level in this game. Simons will continue to be an excellent source of points, assists and 3-pointers moving forward. They’ll close out the week in San Antonio on Saturday.

Anfernee Simons shot 7-of-15 from the field and 2-of-2 from the foul line in Sunday’s loss to the Suns, scoring 20 points with four rebounds, five assists, two steals, and four 3-pointers in 37 minutes.
Two nights removed from scoring 30 points in a loss to the Spurs, Simons only scored 20 on Sunday. However, the difference was the foul line, as he only attempted two free throws in Phoenix compared to 11 against San Antonio. Simons remains ranked well outside the top 100 in 8- and 9-cat formats, providing better value in the former. He’ll look to continue his ascension up the ranking when Portland faces Denver on Thursday.

Anfernee Simons shot 8-of-15 from the field and 11-of-11 from the foul line in Friday’s 118-116 loss to San Antonio, scoring 30 points with three rebounds, seven assists, two steals, and three 3-pointers in 37 minutes.
Simons notched his second 30-point game of the season on Friday, matching his high with 30 points. And this was a sorely needed performance, given his shooting in Portland’s previous three games. Simons scored 35 points in losses to the Clippers, Jazz, and Lakers, shooting 13-of-39 from the field. He was far better against San Antonio, shooting over 50% from the field and not committing a turnover. While his season-long fantasy value has disappointed, Simons has been a top-75 player over the past two weeks.
