Andrew Wiggins finished with 12 points (5-of-12 FGs), five rebounds, one assist and two three-pointers in Game 4 against the Cavaliers on Monday.
Wiggins started off this game poorly and entered halftime without any points. He was better after the break, but the damage was already done at that point. This was a poor series for Wiggins to close out a strange year for him. He started off the season with Golden State but was sent to Miami as part of the Jimmy Butler deal. Wiggins is under contract for two more seasons, and unless he is used to match salaries, he will likely remain with the Heat, unless he chooses to opt out after next season.
  • MIA Small Forward #22
Andrew Wiggins turned in a full line on Friday with 20 points (8-of-17 FGs), eight rebounds, eight assists and two three-pointers against the Hawks.
After scoring 20 points in Wednesday’s play-in win over the Bulls, Wiggins added 20 more on Friday and also approached triple-double territory. He may not have been the star that the Heat were hoping to bring back in exchange for Jimmy Butler, but he fits in well with this team and will help them be dangerous in the first round of the playoffs against the Cavaliers. That series will begin on Sunday.
  • MIA Small Forward #22
Andrew Wiggins accumulated 20 points (8-of-20 FGs, 0-of-2 FTs), nine rebounds, two assists, two steals, two blocks and four three-pointers in 35 minutes in Wednesday’s win over the Bulls.
Wiggins was impactful on both ends of the floor, supplementing Tyler Herro’s 38-point effort with 20 of his own while recording a complete stat line. Since joining the Heat, Wiggins has shot nearly 46 percent from the field on 14.8 attempts per game, averaging 19.0 points. While those numbers are solid, the Heat will need more from him to extend their season. Miami visits Atlanta on Friday, with the winner advancing to face one-seed Cleveland in the first round of the playoffs.
  • MIA Small Forward #22
Andrew Wiggins (hamstring) and Pelle Larsson (ankle) are out against the Wizards on Sunday.
Miami already knows its seed and opponent for next week’s play-in tournament, so there isn’t anything at stake for Sunday’s regular-season finale. Wiggins and Larsson will rest up for next week’s matchup with the Bulls, as will multiple Heat rotation players. Terry Rozier and Jaime Jaquez Jr. are absent from the injury report, so they should log extended minutes on Sunday.
  • MIA Small Forward #22
Andrew Wiggins had 14 points (5-of-10 FGs), six rebounds, five assists, one steal and three three-pointers against the Bulls.
Wiggins returned after missing six games with a hamstring injury. The 30-year-old small forward played 27 minutes and had 14 points against the Bulls Wednesday. Wiggins minutes were monitored, but he still had a solid game. For managers in active leagues, he might not play many more minutes in the Heat’s remaining games.
  • MIA Center #13
Tyler Herro, Alec Burks, Andrew Wiggins, Bam Adebayo and Kel’el Ware will start Wednesday’s game against the Bulls.
Wiggins is back after a six-game absence, while Adebayo only missed one game before returning on Wednesday. Their returns mean Pelle Larsson and Haywood Highsmith will come off the bench. Since Wiggins’s minutes will be monitored, Larsson and Highsmith should still receive quality playing time.
  • MIA Small Forward #22
Andrew Wiggins (hamstring) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Bulls.
Wiggins is back after a six-game absence, which will push Pelle Larsson to the bench. During his pregame availability, Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said the team will be mindful of Wiggins’ minutes, keeping Pelle Larsson in the rotation. The rookie’s value to active fantasy leagues takes a hit, but he’s worth holding onto in deeper formats.
  • MIA Small Forward #22
Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra told reporters Wednesday that Andrew Wiggins (hamstring) is on track to play against the Bulls.
Wiggins is on track to return from a six-game layoff against Miami on Wednesday. Pelle Larsson could be in for a move back to the bench after notching a string of starts with Wiggins out.
  • MIA Center #13
Bam Adebayo (back) is available for Wednesday’s matchup with the Bulls, and Andrew Wiggins (hamstring) is questionable.
Adebayo will return following a one-game absence, which will likely send Pelle Larsson back to the bench after a spot start on Monday. Wiggins hasn’t played since March 27, but he has a chance to return against Chicago. If Wiggins gets the green light, Duncan Robinson and Haywood Highsmith could see a dip in playing time.
  • MIA Center #13
Bam Adebayo (back) and Andrew Wiggins (hamstring) are out for Monday’s game against the 76ers.
Adebayo’s absence has a more significant impact on the Heat rotation and fantasy basketball, as Wiggins has not played since March 27. Bam not playing may result in Kyle Anderson moving into the starting lineup, while starter Kel’el Ware’s playing time should increase. As for Wiggins, Pelle Larsson will continue to fill the void he’s left in the starting five. Larsson is worth a look in extremely deep leagues that remain active.
