Raiders signed fifth-round DE Jack Crawford, sixth-round DT Christo Bilukidi, and seventh-round LB Nathan Stupar to four-year contracts.
Born in London, Crawford was a three-year starter at Penn State. On a deep defensive line, he’ll likely begin his career as a special teamer. Born in Angola with time in France and Brazil, the raw Bilukidi established a Georgia State record with 10 sacks in two years. Stupar, Crawford’s teammate with the Nittany Lions, has a shot at a roster spot in a shallow linebacking corps.
  • FA Linebacker #45
    Giants signed LB Nathan Stupar.
Alec Ogletree’s (hamstring) and Tae Davis’ (concussion) doubtful statuses for Sunday made it pressing to bring back a body familiar with the defensive scheme. Stupar appeared in all 16 games for the Giants last season.
  • FA Linebacker #45
    Giants released LB Nathan Stupar.
Stupar became expendable when New York signed Dave Gettleman favorite David Mayo earlier this week. The Giants will likely promote a practice squadder to fill their roster vacancy.
  • FA Linebacker #45
    Giants re-signed LB Nathan Stupar
Stupar appeared in all 16 games with the Giants after getting released from the Saints at final cuts. The career journeyman will return in a special teams role.
  • FA Linebacker #45
Raiders selected Penn State OLB Nathan Stupar with the No. 230 overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft.
Stupar has a high motor, but stands at 6'2/241 and wasn’t a starter for Penn State until a torn ACL to the team’s starting middle linebacker forced him into the lineup. He figures to be a weak side linebacker and special teams contributor in the pros. The Raiders aren’t very deep at the linebacker position, giving Stupar a chance to earn a roster spot behind projected starting WLB Aaron Curry.
  • FA Linebacker #45
Saints LB Nathan Stupar suffered a season-ending torn ACL in Week 6 against the Lions.
He was hurt while covering a punt. Stupar is a mainstay on the kick-coverage units.
  • FA Linebacker #45
Falcons re-signed LB Nathan Stupar to one-year, $585,000 contract.
A highly productive special teamer, Stupar makes limited contributions on defense.
  • FA Linebacker #45
Saints signed LB Nathan Stupar to a three-year contract.
28-year-old Stupar was non-tendered in restricted free agency by Atlanta. He’ll add depth at multiple spots and provide an upgrade on special teams.
  • FA Linebacker #45
Saints LB Nathan Stupar (ACL) is participating in OTAs.
Stupar suffered a torn ACL last October. While he is not quite back to full health, he is “feeling great” and getting in some work during the offseason program. He should be a full-go when training camp opens.
  • FA Linebacker #45
Falcons claimed LB Nate Stupar off waivers from the Jaguars.
Atlanta is desperate for inside linebacker help, although Stupar’s mark should mostly be made on special teams. He’s not a starting-caliber talent.
