Aric Almirola and Sam Hornish Jr. will combine to drive 10 additional NASCAR Xfinity races this season for Biagi-DenBeste Racing, the team and Richard Petty Motorsports announced Tuesday. Both have driven in two races each for the Xfinity team this season.

Hornish will drive the No. 98 car in Xfinity races at Texas (April 10 and November 7), Indianapolis (July 25), Darlington (Sept. 5) and Charlotte (Oct. 9).

Almirola will drive the No. 98 car in Xfinity races at Talladega (May 2), Charlotte (May 23), Michigan (June 13), Daytona (July 4) and Homestead (Nov. 21)

“We are thrilled to continue our partnership with the Biagi-DenBeste Racing team,” said Sammy Johns, Director of Competition for RPM, in a statement from the team. “Everyone on the Biagi-DenBeste team is great to work with, and they continue to supply good cars each weekend. This partnership allows Sam and Aric to spend additional time on track each weekend, ultimately giving us an advantage on Sundays.”

Almirola finished seventh at Daytona and 11th at Las Vegas with Biagi-DenBeste Racing. Hornish placed 15th at Atlanta and 37th at Auto Club Speedway for the team.

In the Sprint Cup Series, Almirola ranks 10th in the points, while Hornish is 31st after six races.
