Troy O’Leary is likely to take Sosa’s place in right field, but manager Dusty Baker said it was possible for Moises Alou to play some right field over the next eight games with David Kelton maybe getting a look in left.

O’Leary still makes a worthy fill in for Sosa owners in NL-only leagues, but Kelton is definitely more worth owning.

The stats didn’t count because of the rainout, but Troy O’Leary, who will get most of the at-bats with Sammy Sosa out, was 2-for-3 with a homer yesterday.

O’Leary is only 5-for-27 so far this season, but ''He is going to get most of the time,’' said manager Dusty Baker, who may also insert Tom Goodwin, Lenny Harris or Mark Bellhorn. O’Leary is a worthy short-term roster addition in NL-only leagues.

O’Leary has really struggled this season. Going into today, he had recorded just one extra-base hit and driven in only one run since May 16.
