Blue Jays acquired infielder Trevor Lawhorn from the Reds to complete the Scott Schoeneweis trade.
That was one weak list the Jays must have had to choose from. Lawhorn, a 2004 ninth-round pick, hit .224/.265/.304 with four steals in 11 attempts for Single-A Sarasota this year. He turns 24 in December, so it’s doubtful he’ll ever reach the majors.
