Trea Turner scored twice and stole two bases while going 2-for-4 in a win over the Mets on Sunday in Game 2 of the NLDS.
Both steals came in the first inning; one when the Mets basically told him third base was open if he wanted it. It’s still nice to see the 31-year-old run after he “only” picked up 19 steals in the regular season. We’ll see if this is a sign of things to come for the Philadelphia postseason run.

Trea Turner went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run against the Nationals on Saturday.

Trea Turner went 2-for-5 with a solo home run against the Cubs on Wednesday.
Turner’s home run was his 20th of the year. He hit a solo shot off Javier Assad in the first inning. Turner has six home runs and 13 RBI in his last 24 games. His power production has been consistent with previous years, though his 19 stolen bases would be a career-low outside of the amended 2020 season.

Trea Turner hit a two-run homer in a loss to the Mets on Thursday.
Turner socked a two-run homer off Luis Severino for his 19th homer of the year, and he’s now plated 58 across 112 games. It sure would be nice to have Turner run more than he has in 2024 (15 steals in 18 attempts) but the offensive production has been there for the 31-year-old even without a huge number of swipes.

Trea Turner went 3-for-5 with two home runs and four RBI in a 9-4 win over the Rays on Tuesday.
It was quite a day for Turner, who is now up to 18 home runs and 55 RBI in 104 games to go along with 15 steals and a .299/.345/.474 triple slash. The 31-year-old is undoubtedly still a strong hitter, but he is on track to set a career-low in stolen bases by a lot (ignoring the COVID-shortened 2020 season) and he could also reach his lowest home run total since 2019. Injuries have played a part in some of that, but you also have to wonder if the advancing age and loss of his lead-off spot in the order will have an impact on his stolen base totals going forward.

Trea Turner went 3-for-5 with a homer, a double, three RBI and a walk Friday as the Phillies crushed the Marlins 16-2.
Turner’s homer was his 16th, putting him on pace to reach 20 for the fourth straight year after never doing so in his first five full-ish seasons (he had 19 in both 2018 and ’19). He’s batting .300/.347/.467 with 15 steals in 452 plate appearances.

Trea Turner hit a solo homer in a victory for the Phillies on Saturday over Atlanta.
Turner’s homer extended the Phillies’ lead to 2-0, and that was more than plenty with Zack Wheeler dominating the Atlanta lineup. The shortstop has just his second homer of the month of August, and his 15th overall. That’s a more impressive number when you remember — not that fantasy managers need reminding — he missed time with injury.

Trea Turner went 2-for-3 with one RBI in Tuesday’s win over the Astros.
Turner gave the Phillies their first run and lead of the night when he singled off Justin Verlander in the third inning to put his team up 1-0. Turner has now hit safely in each of his last four games and is slashing .268/.294/.361 on the month.

Trea Turner went 3-for-5 with a run scored and two RBI against the Royals on Saturday.
Turner started the scoring with an RBI single in the third inning, scored on an RBI double by Bryce Harper in the fifth inning and had another RBI single in the eighth inning. Turner only has 14 stolen bases this year, but he’s hitting .302 with 14 home runs and 46 RBI.

Trea Turner went 4-for-5 with a game-winning single in a 3-2 win over the Nationals.
Turner’s final hit goes as a single but with the bases loaded and nobody out, Turner crushed a ball off the wall that would have undoubtedly gone for extra bases if it didn’t win the game. The veteran came into this series hitting 16-for-99 (.162) in 23 games since the All-Star break, but he’s now gone 7-for-10 with three RBI in the first two games against the Nationals. Sometimes the right opponent is all it takes to break a slump.
