    Reid-Foley missed time earlier this season with a right shoulder impingement and will likely be out until after next month’s All-Star break. The 28-year-old righty holds a strong 1.66 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 25/14 K/BB ratio across 21 2/3 innings (23 appearances) since making his season debut back in late April.

    The 28-year-old was placed on the injured list at the end of spring training with a right shoulder impingement. He made one relief appearance in High-A and two relief appearances in Triple-A as part of his rehab and now will rejoin the Mets bullpen. The right-hander pitched just 10 innings in 2022 before undergoing Tommy John surgery and then returned for just 7 2/3 innings in 2023, so it’s unclear just what the Mets will be getting from him. He’s thrown just 45 MLB innings over his past four seasons.
