When it comes to which hat the Hall of Famers will be wearing on their plaques Craig Biggio, John Smoltz, and Pedro Martinez are no-brainers, but there are arguments to be made for Randy Johnson representing the Diamondbacks or the Mariners.
Today the Hall of Fame announced that Johnson will be wearing a Diamondbacks hat.
That’ll upset Mariners fans and Johnson did win slightly more games (130 vs. 118) in Seattle, but four of his five Cy Young awards came in Arizona and so did his World Series title.
Either way, one fan base was going to be angry.
