Sixteen games were played yesterday with nary a rainout. We’re back to 2018 normal today, however, as today’s game between the Cubs and Cardinals has been postponed due to inclement weather.
It’s supposed to be rainy and sleety with temperatures in the 30s and, my god, are we all sick of that. The game has been rescheduled for tomorrow, when Jon Lester will face off against Luke Weaver of the Cardinals.
Hang in there. Spring will eventually come. At least I think it will.
