Davidson was the 32nd overall selection in this month’s MLB Amateur Draft out of T.C. Roberson high school in Asheville, North Carolina. Listed at 6-foot-3, 220 pounds, he’s a powerful corner outfield prospect with a big arm and sturdy frame. The 18-year-old will likely begin his professional career in rookie ball later this month.
