    Ramsey registered a 1.99 ERA, 1.059 WHIP, and 29/9 K/BB ratio in 22 2/3 innings this summer in the Marlins’ organization, topping out at Double-A Jacksonville. The 27-year-old right-hander could work his way into the Milwaukee bullpen at some point in 2017.
