Orioles placed RHP Kyle Bradish on the 60-day injured list.
This was nothing more than a procedural move to free up a spot on the club’s 40-man roster for the addition of Kyle Gibson on Friday. Bradish is still in the process of recovering from Tommy John surgery and isn’t expected to be ready to return until July at the earliest.

The Orioles and RHP Kyle Bradish avoided arbitration by agreeing to a one-year, $2.35 million deal.
Bradish underwent Tommy John surgery in June, so he likely won’t return until July at the soonest this upcoming season. While he likely won’t help many fantasy managers in 2025, Bradish has three more years of arbitration eligibility after this season, so he should be in Baltimore’s rotation at a value cost for years.

Kyle Bradish (elbow) has started a throwing program.
Orioles general manager Mike Elias told reporters last month that he expects Bradish to return sometime around midseason. The 28-year-old righty was limited to just eight starts last season before undergoing Tommy John surgery in mid-June. He should be an option for fantasy managers at some point in the second half of next year.

Orioles general manager Mike Elias told reporters that the team expects a mid season return from Tyler Wells (elbow) in 2025.
Elias also said the same for Kyle Bradish (elbow). Both Wells and Bradish were unable to contribute much in 2025 because of their UCL injuries, but both have a chance to have some fantasy relevance — even if only for half a season — with the team playing behind them. Neither misses a ton of bats, however, so they’re more of players you should monitor rather than considering them as a potential draft pick.

Orioles reinstated RHP Félix Bautista, RHP Kyle Bradish, INF/OF Jorge Mateo, and RHP Tyler Wells from the 60-day IL.
This was a procedural move as each player had to be activated from the injured list today and placed on the 40-man roster. Bautista, Mateo, and Wells should be full-go for the start of the season with Bautista again being the closer for the Orioles, which could make him a great value in fantasy leagues.

The Orioles announced on Wednesday that Kyle Bradish underwent successful Tommy John reconstructive elbow surgery with an internal brace procedure on Wednesday in Dallas.
The 27-year-old right-hander will obviously miss the remainder of the 2024 season and will miss at least the first half of the 2025 campaign as well while recovering from the surgery. Fantasy managers in season-long leagues can safely cut bait now. He finishes the 2024 season with a 2.75 ERA, 1.07 WHIP and a 53/15 K/BB ratio over 39 1/3 innings in his eight starts.

Orioles placed RHP Kyle Bradish on the 15-day injured list with a right UCL sprain.
Not good. Bradish lands on the injured list after being removed from Friday’s start against the Phillies with right elbow discomfort. The primary concern here for fantasy managers is that Bradish missed time earlier this year due to a UCL sprain in his right elbow, which caused him to miss all of spring training and the first month of the season. There should be an update on his status at some point in the near future, but the 27-year-old righty could be facing a lengthy absence. It’s a significant hit to Baltimore’s starting rotation and a massive loss for fantasy managers as well.

Kyle Bradish was removed from Friday’s start against the Phillies with right elbow discomfort.
Not good. Bradish is slated to undergo further testing after lasting just five innings on Friday night before exiting after just 74 pitches. He was spotted shaking his elbow throughout the contest on a night where his velocity was up significantly from previous levels. The biggest concern here for fantasy managers is that the 27-year-old righty is roughly six weeks removed from returning from a UCL sprain in his right elbow that caused him to miss all of spring training and the opening month of the season. There should be an update on his status in the coming days and it seems highly likely that he could wind up requiring another trip to the injured list. We’ll have updates on the developing situation as they unfold.

Kyle Bradish allowed two earned runs via solo homers in five innings on Friday in a loss to the Phillies. He struck out four and walked one.
Bradish hadn’t given up a home run all season before Friday, but the Phillies put two in the seats for their only two runs. Still, Bradish was mostly in control with a heavy diet of sinkers to supplement his excellent slider and curveball. He left the game with 74 pitches one inning shy of qualifying for a quality start.

Kyle Bradish threw six shutout innings and got the win in the Orioles’ 5-0 victory over the Rays on Saturday.
Bradish gave up one hit, walked none and struck out nine. He was outstanding as he bounced back from a rough last start. Bradish recorded 14 whiffs and had a 34 percent CSW. He’s now won two of his last three starts. If Bradish can stay healthy for the rest of the year, he’ll be one of the best pitchers in fantasy. The 27-year-old right-hander is set to face the Braves at home next week.
