Kenny Rosenberg has signed a one-year, $700,000 contract with the Kiwoom Heroes of the Korea Baseball Organization.
Rosenberg takes his talents to Korea after being cut loose earlier this month by the Angels. The 29-year-old southpaw made 17 appearances (five starts) over the last three seasons for the Halos. He’ll aim to rebuild his long-term value overseas.

    Angels released LHP Kenny Rosenberg.
Rosenberg has been booted from Los Angeles’ 40-man roster to make room for recently acquired utility specialist Scott Kingery. The 29-year-old lefty made 17 appearances (five starts) over the last three seasons for the Angels.

Angels recalled LHP Kenny Rosenberg from Triple-A Salt Lake.
Rosenberg has a 6.87 ERA in 18 1/3 innings for the Angels this season. He’s stretched out to start if the Angels need that from him — he has a fine 4.21 ERA in 21 starts in a tough environment at Salt Lake this season — but it looks like he’ll go into middle relief initially.

Angels optioned LHP Kenny Rosenberg to Triple-A Salt Lake.
The 29-year-old hurler was terrific out of the Angels’ bullpen on Tuesday, allowing just one run on two hits over five strong innings against the Blue Jays. He wasn’t going to be available for several days though, so the Halos opted to swap him out for a fresh arm. Brock Burke will take his place in the Angels’ bullpen.

Angels recalled LHP Kenny Rosenberg from Triple-A Salt Lake.
Rosenberg fortifies Los Angeles’ bullpen heading into Tuesday’s game against the Blue Jays. The 29-year-old lefty has compiled a lackluster 8.78 ERA, 1.73 WHIP and 8/5 K/BB ratio across 13 1/3 innings (three appearances, one start) this season for the Angels.

Angels optioned LHP Kenny Rosenberg to Triple-A Salt Lake.
The 29-year-old hurler was clobbered for six runs over 3 1/3 innings in a losing effort against the Athletics on Thursday. He’ll continue to hone his craft at the Triple-A level for the time being until the Angels have another need for a spot starter.

Kenny Rosenberg was lit up for six runs in 3 1/3 innings by the A’s in a loss Thursday.
Eight of the 14 balls in play against Rosenberg tonight were hard hit, which simply isn’t a very good ratio. He might soon return to Triple-A, though if the Angels shed pitching before the deadline and truly pack it in, perhaps they’ll keep him around.

According to Jeff Fletcher of the SoCal News Group, Kenny Rosenberg will start for the Angels on Thursday against the Athletics.
Rosenberg has made two appearances out of the bullpen for the Angels this season, allowing seven runs in 10 innings out of the bullpen. Rosenberg worked exclusively as a starter at Triple-A Salt Lake this season, compiling a 3.74 ERA, 1.23 WHIP, and a 67/24 K/BB ratio over 77 innings. This will be his first big league start of the year.

Jack Kochanowicz gave up five runs — four earned — over three innings Thursday in a loss to the Mariners.
Kochanowicz didn’t walk anyone in his MLB debut, but he allowed seven hits and struck out just one. After Kochanowicz exited, Kenny Rosenberg gave up six runs over six innings to finish the non-competitive game. One or both will probably be sent down tomorrow. They might as well bring back John Lackey and Scot Shields at this point... it’d certainly be more interesting than anything else they’re doing.

Angels recalled LHP Kenny Rosenberg from Triple-A Salt Lake.
The 29-year-old southpaw will add bullpen depth and length for the Halos — at least for one day — as Davis Daniel was optioned to Triple-A on Wednesday. Rosenberg has worked exclusively as a starter at Triple-A Salt Lake this season, compiling a 3.74 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and a 67/24 K/BB ratio over 77 innings.
