    Jason LaRue missed his fifth straight start because of a deep bruise in his left shoulder.
    Kelly Stinnett continues to catch every day. LaRue says he can’t estimate when he’ll be ready, but he’ll go back to starting when he can play.

    It was believed LaRue could miss up to a month with the fracture in his finger. He was fitted for a splint yesterday.
