Jared Serna finished 2-for-2 with a homer and a walk in leading the Marlins past the Cardinals 5-3 on Sunday
Serna, one of the three players acquired from the Yankees in the Jazz Chisholm Jr. deal, is 3-for-5 with a steal this spring. He played mostly shortstop last year, but he also has experience at second and a little in the outfield. While it’s too early to rule him out as a future regular, he projects best as a utilityman right now.
