    After getting hit hard again last night, Jae Seo owns an 8.03 ERA since June 27.
    The Braves were seeing Seo for the fourth time last night. Manager Art Howe suggested Seo needs to develop another pitch, ideally a two-seamer ''to run in on righties.’' His stuff isn’t fooling anyone right now.
