Dodgers RHP J.P. Feyereisen has elected free agency.
Feyereisen will test the open market instead of accepting an outright assignment to Triple-A Oklahoma City. The 32-year-old righty made two relief appearances for the Dodgers this season. He should be able to latch on somewhere as extra organizational depth.

Dodgers designated RHP J.P. Feyereisen for assignment.
The Dodgers needed to clear a spot on their 40-man roster to accommodate the signing of Chris Stratton on Sunday afternoon and unfortunately for Feyereisen it looks like he drew the short straw this time around. The 32-year-old hurler registered an 11.25 ERA, 3.00 WHIP and a 4/1 K/BB ratio over four innings with the Dodgers this season. There’s a decent chance that he’ll pass through waivers unclaimed and continue to function as extra bullpen depth for the Dodgers.

Dodgers optioned RHP J.P. Feyereisen to Triple-A Oklahoma City.
The 32-year-old hurler was with the big league club for just two days this time around to add a fresh arm to the bullpen. He has posted a miserable 11.25 ERA, 3.00 WHIP and a 4/1 K/BB ratio over four innings at the major league level this season. Justin Wrobleski was recalled from Triple-A in a corresponding move on Thursday.

Dodgers recalled RHP J.P. Feyereisen from Triple-A Oklahoma City.
Feyereisen provides the Dodgers with some additional bullpen depth over the next few days with rookie Roki Sasaki hitting the injured list with a shoulder impingement. The 32-year-old righty has made three relief appearances this season between the Dodgers and Diamondbacks.
  • LAD Relief Pitcher #43
Dodgers optioned RHP J.P. Feyereisen to Triple-A Oklahoma City.
Feyereisen heads back to Triple-A to make room for Landon Knack. Feyereisen should be up and down throughout the 2025 campaign as long as the Dodgers keep him on the 40-man roster.
  • LAD Relief Pitcher #61
Dodgers recalled RHP J.P. Feyereisen from Triple-A Oklahoma City.
It’s Feyereisen’s second tour with the Dodgers, as he had an 8.18 ERA in 10 relief appearances last year. The D-backs signed him to a minor league deal this spring and brought him up for a time last month, but he was DFA’d after allowing two earned runs in two innings and then claimed by the Dodgers last week.
  • LAD Relief Pitcher #61
Dodgers claimed RHP J.P. Feyereisen off of waivers from the Diamondbacks.
The Dodgers had a couple of spots free on their 40-man roster after moving Blake Treinen and Michael Kopech to the 60-day injured list, so they’ll utilize them on extra bullpen depth. Feyereisen gave up two runs on three hits over two innings during his brief time with Diamondbacks.
  • ARI Relief Pitcher #61
Diamondbacks designated RHP J.P. Feyereisen for assignment.
Feyereisen has been removed from Arizona’s 40-man roster to make room for fellow reliever Scott McGough ahead of Sunday’s game against the Braves. The 32-year-old righty made two appearances for the Diamondbacks after being brought up last weekend from Triple-A Reno.

Diamondbacks optioned RHP J.P. Feyereisen to Triple-A Reno.
The 32-year-old right-hander made two appearances with the D’Backs, giving up two runs on three hits while striking out a pair in his two innings of work. He’ll continue to function as extra bullpen depth at the Triple-A level. Yilber Diaz was recalled from Triple-A Reno to take his place in the Diamondbacks’ bullpen.

Diamondbacks selected the contract of JP Feyereisen from Triple-A Reno.
Feyereisen heads to Wrigley Field to give the Diamondbacks some extra relief help in the wake of Friday’s implosion. The 32-year-old righty hasn’t pitched in the big leagues since last year when he was hit hard in 11 relief appearances with the Dodgers.
