    Villalobos will head to Triple-A Indianapolis as extra relief depth for the Pirates. The 25-year-old righty was designated for assignment last week by the Marlins and represents an interesting project for Pittsburgh. He posted a solid 2.86 ERA, 1.03 WHIP and 101/29 K/BB ratio over 78 2/3 innings (52 appearances) last season between Double-A Pensacola and Triple-A Jacksonville.
