Royals sign RHP Dinelson Lamet to minor league contract.
Lamet opted out of his minor league deal with the Dodgers in early June. He allowed one run in 4 1/3 innings with the Dodgers and was designated for assignment in April. Lamet had a 4.82 ERA in 37 1/3 innings with Triple-A. Bullpen depth is still a priority for the Royals even after trading for Hunter Harvey and there’s no risk in stashing Lamet on a minor league deal.
  • LAD Relief Pitcher #94
Dodgers sent RHP Dinelson Lamet outright to Triple-A Oklahoma City.
Lamet went unclaimed on waivers after being jettisoned from Los Angeles’ 40-man roster earlier this week. The 31-year-old journeyman righty will presumably stick around as emergency organizational relief depth, but does have the option to elect free agency.
  • LAD Relief Pitcher #94
Dodgers designated RHP Dinelson Lamet for assignment.
Lamet pitched well for the Dodgers in a trio of relief appearances since being called up earlier this week, allowing just one run with a 3/2 K/BB ratio across 4 1/3 innings. The 31-year-old righty figures to pass through waivers unclaimed and will likely wind up back at Triple-A Oklahoma City as emergency relief depth.
  • LAD Starting Pitcher #94
Dinelson Lamet tossed a clean ninth inning with two strikeouts to record the save against the Giants on Wednesday.
With Evan Phillips getting the day off after recording a save on Tuesday, the Dodgers went to Lamet in the ninth inning with a one-run lead against the Giants. He struck out two in a perfect inning for his first career save.
  • LAD Starting Pitcher #94
Dodgers selected the contract of RHP Dinelson Lamet from Triple-A Oklahoma City.
Lamet was officially promoted to join Los Angeles’ bullpen mix ahead of Monday’s series opener against the Giants. The 31-year-old righty figures to operate as a multi-inning reliever for now.
  • LAD Starting Pitcher #32
According to Fansided’s Robert Murray, the Dodgers are calling up right-handed pitcher Dinelson Lamet.
The Dodgers signed Lamet to a minor league deal at the beginning of February and now it appears he’ll get his shot with them at the Major League level. After being one of the more electric starters in baseball years ago, Lamet has really struggled as a reliever over the last four-plus seasons. Perhaps the Dodgers can work their magic yet again.
  • LAD Relief Pitcher #32
Dodgers signed RHP Dinelson Lamet to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training.
Lamet heads to Los Angeles to compete for a spot this spring in the Dodgers’ season-opening bullpen. The 31-year-old righty was one of the most electrifying young starters in baseball last decade with the Padres before injuries derailed his once-promising career. He made just one relief appearance last year for the Red Sox after struggling in 16 appearances (four starts) for the Rockies. He’s an interesting lottery ticket for the Dodgers, who certainly can afford to roll the dice on another low-risk reclamation project.
  • BOS Relief Pitcher #32
Red Sox sent RHP Dinelson Lamet outright to Triple-A Worcester.
Lamet passed through waivers unclaimed after being designated for assignment last week and will likely elect to remain with Boston as extra organizational relief depth. The 31-year-old righty wound up making just one appearance for the Red Sox after being brought up from Triple-A Worcester.
  • BOS Relief Pitcher #32
Red Sox designated RHP Dinelson Lamet for assignment.
Lamet will go back on waivers after giving up three runs over two innings in his lone appearance for the Red Sox. It seems like the stuff should be there to make a quality reliever, but the results simply haven’t been.

The Red Sox are expected to designate Dinelson Lamet for assignment prior to Wednesday’s game.
MassLive’s Christopher Smith says the Red Sox are also sending down Nick Robertson and bringing up Kyle Barraclough and Brandon Walter. Lamet just made his Red Sox debut Tuesday, giving up three runs over two innings of relief in the loss to the Royals.
