DeShields

DeShields inked a minor league pact with the Mariners back in March and didn’t end up making it to Seattle. The 30-year-old speedster appeared in just 12 games for Triple-A Tacoma. He hasn’t appeared in the majors since the 2021 campaign when he got into 25 contests for the Reds.

DeShields batted .220/.367/.264 with one homer and 35 stolen bases last year for Triple-A Gwinnett in the Braves’ system.
