    Twins signed RHP Curtis Taylor to a minor league contract.
    Taylor was released by the Cubs last week and didn’t take long to find a new home. The 27-year-old righty has yet to reach the majors after being selected in the fourth round of the 2016 MLB Draft. He made just three relief appearances for Triple-A Iowa before being cut loose.

    Cubs signed RHP Curtis Taylor to a minor league contract.
    The 27-year-old hurler is still waiting to make his big league debut. He spent the 2022 season in the Nationals’ organization where he compiled a 3.91 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 52/18 K/BB ratio over 46 innings -- primarily at Triple-A Rochester. He’ll add depth in the bullpen for the Cubs and could finally break through and reach the big leagues at some point during the upcoming season.

    Nationals selected RHP Curtis Taylor from the Blue Jays in the MiLB Rule 5 Draft.
    Taylor, a former fourth-round pick of the Diamondbacks, registered an underwhelming 5.71 ERA in 34 2/3 innings between Double-A New Hampshire and Triple-A Buffalo in 2021. The 26-year-old will serve as a depth addition for the Nats.

    Blue Jays acquired RHPs Curtis Taylor and Edisson Gonzalez from the Rays to complete the trade for INF Eric Sogard.
    Taylor had been acquired from the Diamondbacks a couple years ago in the Brad Boxberger deal. He holds a 3.06 ERA and 16/5 K/BB ratio over 17 2/3 innings at the Double-A level this season.

    Rays acquired RHP Curtis Taylor from the Diamondbacks for RHP Brad Boxberger.
    Taylor, a fourth-round pick of the Diamondbacks in 2016, boasts a 3.09 ERA, 1.22 WHIP, and 91/28 K/BB ratio through his first 62 1/3 minor league innings. He spent the 2017 season as a starter with Low-A Kane County. It’s a nice pickup for the Tampa Bay farm system.
