Adolis Garcia went 2-for-5 with a home run against the Astros on Friday.
Garcia’s home run was No. 12 on the year for him. The 32-year-old outfielder crushed a solo shot off Lance McCullers in the third inning. He’s hitting .234 with a .675 OPS and 54 RBI on the year. The subject of recent trade rumors, Garcia could be the team’s most valuable trade chip.

Adolis García homered and drove in three runs in an 11-4 rout of the Angels for the Rangers on Thursday.
García ripped a two-run homer in the eighth inning to cement a blowout victory by making it an 11-3 game. The 32-year-old also singled in a run to bump his RBI total to 53 on the season. García is the subject of trade rumors, and while he hasn’t been a great option the last year and a half, there’s no question the talent is there for him to provide fantasy fireworks.

The Athletic’s Ken Rosenthal reports that Adolis García “could emerge as a rather interesting trade candidate” this season.
Rosenthal mentions that the limited number of right-handed hitters on the trade market could make García an attractive option, especially since he’s under team control next season as well. With the Rangers falling out of contention, García could be the team’s most valuable trade chip. Rosenthal believes that, “As long as he continues producing offensively, his trade value would be greater at the deadline than during the offseason or at next year’s deadline.”

Adolis García went 3-for-5 with a double and four RBI on Tuesday evening, leading the Rangers in a 10-2 shellacking of the Orioles.
The 32-year-old slugger got the scoring started in the ballgame with a two-run knock off of Brandon Young in the third inning. He then doubled with two outs in the fifth inning and rode home on Alejandro Osuna’s two-run blast. García also smacked another two-run single into left field in the sixth that extended the Rangers’ lead to 7-2. While he has picked up the pace offensively, he’s still slashing an underwhelming .231/.276/.395 with 10 homers, 49 RBI and eight stolen bases on the season.

Adolis García hit a three-run homer to tie the game in the bottom of the 10th inning against the Orioles on Monday.
He also stole his eighth base of the season. With two on and two outs in the bottom of the 10th, García launched a blast off Keegan Akin to keep the Rangers alive. It gets Garcia into double digits, but he’s still slugging a disappointing .388 with a less-than-spectacular .659 OPS over the Rangers’ first 85 games.

Adolis García went 3-for-5 and hit his ninth homer Friday against the Pirates.
All three of his hits left that bat between 105 and 106 mph, and his 396-foot double would have been a second homer in 14 ballparks. García’s numbers are still recovering from his May slump, but he’s raised his OPS from .626 to .696 while going 19-for-56 with two homers and six doubles this month.

Adolis García went 3-for-6 with a double and one RBI in the Rangers’ 5-4 win over the White Sox on Saturday.
García doubled in the second inning, then led off the sixth with a base hit. With the game tied in the bottom of the 11th inning, García hit a sharp line drive to center field to bring home the game-winning run for the walk-off win. The 32-year-old slugger is hitting .221/.266/.383 with eight homers, 21 runs scored, 34 RBI, and seven steals across 256 plate appearances.

Adolis García hit a three-run homer in a blowout win over the Twins on Thursday.
García was able to draw a pair of walks as well. His three-run homer gave the Rangers a 13-1 lead in the sixth, and gave García eight homers in 2025. That’s his first homer in the month of June, and just his third extra-base hit since the calendar turned over.

Wyatt Langford is not in the lineup for Sunday’s series finale against the Nationals.
Adolis García is also on the bench after four consecutive starts in right field. It’s an extremely rare day off for Langford, who has been fighting through a prolonged slump at the plate in recent weeks, hitting .181 (21-for-116) over his last 30 games. He’s piled up five homers and seven steals during that span, showing exactly why he’s one of the highest upside potential elite five-category fantasy superstars out there. He’ll get an extra day to rest and reset ahead of Monday’s off day before the Rangers kick off a three-game series in Minnesota.

Adolis García is back in the lineup for Wednesday’s showdown against the Rays.
García is back in right field and batting seventh following a four-game absence as the Rangers tried to get him away from the field for a mental reset. The 32-year-old power/speed combo outfielder has been mired in one of the worst stretches of his career, when he batted .189 (17-for-90) with three homers and struck out 29 times during the month of May.
