Mariners signed LHP Adam Seminaris to a minor league contract.
The 26-year-old southpaw was originally a fifth-round pick by the Angels from the 2020 draft class. He spent the last two seasons in the Brewers’ organization where in 2024 he registered an uninspiring 6.15 ERA, 1.63 WHIP and a 73/23 K/BB ratio over 74 2/3 innings at Double-A Biloxi. He has the ability to work out of the rotation or the bullpen and will give the M’s some added pitching depth.

Brewers LHP prospect Adam Seminaris struck out seven batters across four innings of work Saturday night in the Arizona Fall League.
The southpaw limited the Glendale Desert Dogs to one hit over four scoreless innings Saturday night in Glendale. The 24-year-old was a fifth-round draft pick by the Angels in 2020 and acquired by the Brewers in the Hunter Renfroe deal last fall. The soft-tossing lefty struggled with command over the past two seasons, which is uncharacteristic for him as he was known for his command while at Long Beach State. If he gets back on track, he projects to be a backend starter, but it is more likely that he will end up in a relief role.

Brewers acquired LHP Adam Seminaris, RHP Janson Junk and RHP Elvis Peguero from the Angels for OF Hunter Renfroe.
Of the three arms that the Brewers received in this deal, Seminaris is the only one that has yet to make his big league debut. The 24-year-old southpaw was a fifth round pick by the Angels in the 2020 draft. In 2022, he compiled a 3.54 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and 97/38 K/BB ratio over 101 2/3 innings in 24 appearances (21 starts) across three minor league levels -- finishing up with nine starts at Triple-A Salt Lake. He adds starting pitching depth for the Brewers.

Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports that the Angels will add LHP Adam Seminaris to their player pool.
Seminaris was the Angels’ fifth-round pick this June after previously pitching for Long Beach State. The left-handed hurler posted a shiny ERA of 1.23 in four appearances before the cancelation of the college baseball season. In the long-term, he projects as a backend starter with a possibility of moving to relief as he moves up the ranks.
