Angels acquired LHP Mitch Farris from the Braves in exchange for Davis Daniel.
Farris is a 14th round pick out of Wingate who made 25 appearances — 19 of them starts — with a 3.08 ERA and 131/43 K/BB over 108 innings. The 23-year-old left-handed doesn’t project to be be more than organizational depth at this or any other stage.
