The Pacers have signed Langston Galloway, Justin Anderson and Norvel Pelle to training camp deals.
The Pacers waived Bennie Boatwright, Gabe York and David Stockton to make room. Galloway’s contract is non-guaranteed and the same is likely true for Anderson and Pelle. There are no fantasy implications here.

Warriors guard Mac McClung, and free agent Langston Galloway were among the 12 named to USA Basketball’s roster for this month’s FIBA World Cup qualifiers.
After going 5-1 in the first phase of qualifying, USA Basketball moves on to the second phase with upcoming games against Uruguay (August 25) and Colombia (August 29). In addition to McClung and Galloway, Tyler Cavanaugh, Malik Ellison, Michael Frazier II, Dewan Hernandez, DaQuan Jeffries, John Jenkins III, Eric Mika, David Stockton, Robert Woodard, and McKinley Wright IV were named to the roster. The top seven teams from the Americas (the top three teams in each of the two remaining groups and the best fourth-place team) will qualify for the 2023 FIBA World Cup in Indonesia, Japan, and the Philippines.

Langston Galloway was among the players who worked out for the Lakers during a free-agent workout on Tuesday, according to ESPN’s Dave McMenamin.
The Lakers could have as many as seven roster spots to fill this summer, and due to the team’s cap situation, there isn’t a lot of money available to do so. Hence the need to leave no stone unturned with regard to possibly signing veterans on team-friendly deals. In addition to Galloway, Kyle Guy, Alize Johnson, Louis King, and D.J. Wilson were among the players who were reported to be present at the workout.

Langston Galloway has entered the protocols.
Galloway had just signed a 10-day deal back on Jan. 6th and was getting some rotation minutes with Jrue Holiday (ankle) out. The good news for Milwaukee is that George Hill could be back as soon as Thursday night.

Langston Galloway will sign a 10-day contract with the Bucks, per Shams Charania.
This will be Galloway’s second team this season, as he appeared in four games last month as a member of the Nets. He averaged 3.0 points, 2.0 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 0.5 3-pointers in 14.5 minutes per game. Galloway will give the Bucks another body on the perimeter, but this signing will not have an impact as far as fantasy basketball is concerned.

Langston Galloway has signed a second 10-day hardship deal with the Nets, per Shams Charania.
Galloway has averaged three points, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.3 assists in 14.7 minutes per game over three games for the Nets this season. It’s unlikely the Nets extend him once their healthy, and he hasn’t provided much fantasy value during his tenure. Leave him on the wire.

Langston Galloway finished Saturday’s 122-115 win over the Lakers with a line of two points (1-of-2 FGs), two rebounds, and one assist in 14 minutes.
Of the four players that the Nets have signed recently due to the team being hit hard by health and safety protocol issues, Galloway is the only one who has logged any playing time. That being said, he isn’t worth rostering in any fantasy league.

Langston Galloway saw nine minutes of floor time in his Brooklyn debut on Thursday, finishing with three points, one 3-pointer, one rebound and one turnover in a win over the 76ers.
Galloway hasn’t even had an official practice with the Nets yet, but with Brooklyn desperate for bodies, he was able to get into the rotation tonight. He’s only on a 10-day deal, and it could take him a bit to find his rhythm in Brooklyn, so he’s safe to leave on the waiver wire.

  • NBA Shooting Guard #11
Langston Galloway is questionable to play in Thursday’s game against the 76ers.
Galloway signed a 10-day contract with the Nets on Wednesday, with the team using a hardship exemption to add him. Due to health and safety protocols issues, the Nets did not hold a pregame shootaround, so the veteran guard has still yet to get on the floor with his new teammates in any capacity. “We’ll see. It’s tricky,” Steve Nash said when asked if Galloway would be available to play. “We’re gonna meet right before the game and go over the game plan. ... Let’s see if we get a chance to use him.”

The Brooklyn Nets are signing Langston Galloway to a 10-day contract, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
The Nets will use a hardship exception to sign Galloway, as they were down to eight eligible players in Tuesday night’s game against Toronto. Brooklyn currently has seven players in the league’s health and safety protocols. Galloway played last season with Phoenix, and was not fantasy relevant. Even though Brooklyn is low on bodies, we do not expect that to change in this brief stint either.
