Saints signed DL Kyle Phillips, formerly of the Jets, to a contract.
Phillips has spent the last three seasons with the Jets, appearing in 29 games while starting eight. He’s appeared in just 14 games over the last two seasons but has the experience to serve as added depth if he’s able to stick around on the 53-man roster.
